Keep your glasses or contact lens prescription safely. Change contact lenses at regular intervals follow instructions for contact lens hygiene. Wear ultraviolet protecting sunglasses to prevent macular degeneration and cataracts.
Exercising regularly can reduce their risk of macular degeneration Controlling systemic diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure can prevent Diabetic and Hypertensive eye diseases.

Always wash your hands with soap and water before handling your lenses. Dry your hands with towel.
Avoid getting your lenses mixed up, always apply and remove in the same order.
Dont use tap water to clean your lenses.
Do not sleep with your lenses on
Keep all solution bottles tightly capped when you are not using them.
Don’t touch the tip of solution bottles
Never use expired solutions.
Never reuse solutions. Change them every day.
Change your lens case at least every 3 months

Bright-colored vegetables and fruits such as carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, apricots, and peaches.
